Louise Adams
President
Louise Adams is an experienced management consultant known for skillfully guiding teams through successful processes for strategy, problem-solving, new ventures/products and marketing. Her inventive methods are engaging, enjoyable and extremely effective. Every session ends with specific action plans, assignments and deliverables. Louise has facilitated sessions with hundreds of teams across all sectors and in every corner of the globe. She also provides advisory services via consulting and communication projects. Louise has worked with clients that range in size from the smallest start-ups to the largest multinationals.
Prior to founding the firm, Louise held senior management positions with companies such as Southam Inc., J. Walter Thompson and MacLaren-Lintas. She is a graduate of Canada’s leading business school, the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Mary Jane Grant

Mary Jane Grant is a consultant and writer with expertise in strategy, creativity, innovation and communications. A catalyst for growth and change, she helps clients find inventive ways to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities. As Adjunct Faculty at the Ivey Business School, Mary Jane designed and taught courses in creativity and innovation. She continues to teach, advise and coach clients who want to elevate their creative and innovative capacity. Mary Jane is a talented writer who creates compelling communication material across all media and sectors.
Mary Jane graduated from the Ivey Business School with many awards including the Gold Medal for highest academic standing in her graduating class. She holds certificates in Creative Writing, Freelance Writing and Mindfulness from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. She is an Executive in Residence at the Ivey Business School.
